Planning the perfect wedding begins with choosing
The Red Horse Inn. You can choose from our beautiful interior or
exterior settings. The Grand Terrace is a beautiful stone veranda 20
by 80 feet. The West Arbor is a brick patio 20 by 30 feet, festooned
with wisteria and grape vines. The Dining Room has five large patio
doors that capture the mountain views. The Gathering Room can be
kept intimate with plush chairs in front of the fireplace or used as
a spacious area for cake cutting or a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception
or wedding. Both rooms adjoin arbor and terrace areas and are
decorated in soft beige and white to accentuate the rolling green
meadows and magnificent blue mountains.
Although the Inn does
not include a restaurant, we can provide catering for your special
day. We can also prepare gourmet dinners and bring them to any of
our cottages or the East Bedroom.

The facility fee
includes the use of our audio system for your personal CDs, as well
as the use of the property for the wedding photos, wedding
rehearsal, and your reception. Up to four hours of planning
assistance are also included.
Minister’s fees, food, cake, flowers, photography, chairs, tables, music, dance floor and valet parking are all additional. The bride and groom may bring in all their own vendors except for the food. The Inn offers a wonderful selection of quality wines and beer for your special day. The Red Horse Inn is licensed to sell wine and beer. Therefore, you may not bring in your own wine, beer or liquor. Food pricing is based upon your particular requests. All packages below are based on a maximum number of people in attendance at your wedding. Please note that these numbers include the bride, groom and minister. All prices are subject to SC sales and accommodations taxes and a twenty percent gratuity. "Enhanced Elopement" - prices below
The perfect wedding, complete with flowers, photography and a private dinner in your cottage or the East Bedroom. Enjoy the wedding of your dreams, privately and reverently, with your special someone in one of the beautiful settings at The Red Horse Inn. Choose from the covered arbor or the stone terrace with the Blue Ridge Mountains framing your silhouette. Or perhaps you'll choose to stand in front of the romantic fireplace hearth. But this is just the beginning of your special package. Your wedding begins with the bouquet of flowers and the boutonniere that we provide. While you are saying your vows, we will be busy capturing your special moments photographically. After you have said your vows, retreat to your accommodation and relax while we prepare your gourmet dinner for the two of you to savor by candlelight in the privacy of your cottage or the East Bedroom. No other guests may attend except your minister. Bring your own minister, or we'll help you find one. Bring your own digital camera, or we'll use ours and give you a DVD. Bring your own music, or we'll supply beautiful ethereal music through our sound system.

"Enchanted Elopement" - $150.00
Just you and yours, celebrating the precious moment of your sacred bond. For an intimate and sincere wedding, this is the perfect choice. Bring your own personal CDs and have them playing softly in the background as you say your vows. Add to the memories. Includes the use of the Dining Room, Gathering Room, The Grand Flagstone Terrace or the Western Arbor for one hour. May take place any time between 11:30 and conclude by 3:00. If you would like, add a champagne toast and your own personal cake for a nominal fee. Must secure a room or cottage for two nights. No other guests may attend except your minister and a photographer.

Includes the use of the Dining Room, Gathering Room, The Grand Flagstone Terrace and Western Arbor for two hours. May take place any time between 11:30 and conclude by 3:00. Includes all chairs, tables, linens, glassware and silver needed for up to twenty people, including the bride, groom and minister. If you would like, add flowers, cake, champagne or simple hors d’oeuvres. The facility fees will cover two hours and as many as twenty guests. Must secure a room or cottage for two nights.

Create a simple and meaningful nuptial or a formal, elegant wedding. For a personal ceremony with a formal or informal feeling, create the wedding of your dreams. Bring your own personal CDs and have them playing softly in the background as you say your vows or bring in musicians to softly serenade. Includes the use of the Dining Room, Gathering Room, The Grand Flagstone Terrace and Western Arbor for three hours. May take place any time between 11:30 and conclude by 3:00. Includes all chairs, tables, linens, glassware and silver needed for up to thirty people, including the bride, groom, minister and your closest friends and family. If you would like, add flowers, cake, champagne or simple hors d’oeuvres or splurge and offer your guests a divine brunch! Facility charge is for three hours and up to thirty guests. Additional guests are $20.00 each, plus food costs, with a maximum of thirty four. Additional guests will require rental of additional chairs, tables, linens and glassware. Must secure a room or cottage for two nights.

Includes the use of the Dining Room, Gathering Room, The Grand Flagstone Terrace and Western Arbor for three hours. Includes all chairs, tables, linens, glassware and silver needed for up to thirty-four people, including the bride, groom and minister. Add beautiful flowers, a sumptuous brunch or otherwise customize your wedding. Facility charge is for three hours for up to thirty-four guests including the bride, groom and minister. Additional guests are $20.00 each, plus food costs. Additional guests will require rental of chairs, tables, linens, glassware. Must secure all six Inn rooms for two nights. Evening weddings must secure cottages as well.
